  • Participated in the facilitation of the new User Experience team at Fisher

  • Drove firmwide marketing of our UX team through presentations for different business units (Executives, Transformation Office, HR, etc.)

  • Delivered intuitive experiences on Salesforce buildout through cross-functional collaboration with product team (POs, Devs, Solution Archs)

  • Partnered with the Human Capital team in improving the hiring and onboarding experience through extensive research. Led solutioning from a human-centered lens by applying UX tools such as personas, empathy maps, affinity diagrams, canvassing, etc

  • Collaborated with members of the mobile development team as well as stakeholders in redesign of the Kofax Capture app

  • Performed user and market research, empathized with target audience in order understand users and potential pains and frustrations they may be having with the product

  • Created a rank-order list of potential design changes that can help improve overall experience and consumer satisfaction

  • Designed and tested low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes with research insights taken into account

  • Redesigned the overall visual design system in order to provide users with a much more simple and modern look and feel

  • Performed usability testing before passing on final high-fidelity prototype to the development team and internal stakeholders
